The Ocean Zen Story

Our Culinary Passion and Vision

Over 15 years ago, our family of brothers decided we wanted to open a restaurant different than anything else in Springfield. Chef Johnson Tan was trained in fine Asian cooking at a young age along with enhancing his skills in French cuisine. Fast forward, Ocean Zen was conceived.
